Jo-Ann Mayhew: Jo-Ann served a life sentence at Kingston P4W, which was commuted to time served after she had been paroled. As editor of TightWire Magazine in the 1980s, Jo-Ann was successful in exposing the plight of (federal) women prisoners in Canada.
